Boomer women are all experiencing so many changes, whether it is related to weight, sex drive, or even incontinence. Although these challenges are not uncommon, the shame and taboo around the subject make women feel isolated. Instead of dealing with aging privately, Joan boldly decided to share her story and empower other women to learn and laugh about aging together!
